Episode Synopsis "Motivation and Time Management with Dr. Nate Keiser"
On the first episode of How To Student, Sarah Renberg interviews Dr. Nate Keiser (@dockeiser), a functional neurologist who runs his own neuro-rehabilitation clinic in Chelsea, Michigan. The idea for this podcast resulted from an essay Sarah wrote that explained the similarities she has found between her experience with brain injury rehabilitation and the ability to thrive in college. While it may seem like a ridiculous comparison at first, in both situations individuals are challenged by a need to stay motivated through abundant learning, which is why Sarah thought Dr. Keiser would bring a valuable perspective to the show.In this episode, Dr. Keiser and Sarah will talk about a wide range of things from time-management strategies and habit hacking to the importance of small wins and a brain specialist's best study tips. This podcast was produced by Packard Street Productions.
