The medieval alleyways, sunny squares, arty influences, and modern buildings alongside  Gaudí’s dreamlike architecture collide to create a place that is historic, modern,  endlessly alive, and really quite special.Our family of four stayed in a gorgeously-designed little rental apartment accessed by stepping off a bustling Barcelona street, and  through one of those iconic, massive wooden doors.The apartment has so many lovely, clever design details that I will bring into projects that I thought I would share them all with you.
