It becomes stress.When you take your 10mins walk, jump rope, stretching etc.Your mind is intentional focused on what you are doing if you enjoy the process.But everyday take at least 10mins and feel the movement of your muscle as you exercise.Enjoy and feel the effects of the trainning on your muscle Learn a new skill, langauage or read a body outside your regularly collection.Improve your vocabulary OrListen to your heart beat as you increase your tempoPracticing mindfulness during exercise is cool.Can you smell your sweat without getting your nose close to any body part?
