This would allow them to complete more jobs and charge more than there competitors.Better programmers write less code.Some talented programmers get board and leave their posts. Talented programmers are difficult to keep.Experience is more important than the lines of code your write.Programmers don’t get rates best on how productive they are.  EG Bug (A) has the same monetary value as bug (B)The best way to get a raise is to start a new position.
