Episode Synopsis

Hello and welcome to the Diverse VC business podcast where social is the new capital. I’m your host Alec Taylor, the Founder of Diverse VC.
On today's podcast, we will be talking to an Entrepreneur with 3 years of experience running her company. We will be discussing her background, entrepreneurship, scaling a business, getting funding, the future of the neuroscience industry, how she has been successful both outside of work, her business & life philosophies, as well as a fire round.
Today we have Katherine Grill. Katherine is the CEO and Co-founder of the Bay Area digital health startup, Neolth. She founded Neolth because she believes in the power of technology to make mental healthcare more accessible, especially for adolescents and young adults. 75% of all mental health conditions start by age 24, but most behavioral health programs are for adults. Katherine is on a mission to use Neolth to give young people instant access to the support they desperately need.
