Toni chats to Melissa Kirby, an extremely intelligent and fabulous Lawyer who specialises in Industrial law.  What is that exactly? Melissa breaks it down for us.  She has her own practice and shares how that came about - beginning with wanting to be a Ballet Choreographer - including how her love of ‘solving people’s problems’ and ‘finding out how things work’ lead her to working in such a specific industry.  She shares with us the highs and lows of such a high pressure career and what she does to keep things balanced.
