Hello everyone My name is Janelle Wright I believe that when you invest yourself in your students you are creating a positive atmosphere in the classroom that enhances your relationship with students and makes them feel important. Caring is one of the six pillars of character education including trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness and citizenship. Student are far more responsive to a teacher who cares and is therefore more likely to learn and engage.
