She worked her way up from a temp job at Barneys in New York to take on leadership roles at Bergdorf Goodman and Net-a-Porter and later became Chief Merchandising Officer for Matches.com and CEO of Browns. She’s now working as a Luxury Fashion & E-Commerce Executive, Board Leader & Strategic Advisor.

 

Elizabeth sits down with Stephanie to share her story of drive and self-belief, how she refused to participate in the more toxic elements of the industry, her own “Devil Wears Prada” moment, and how it feels when things don’t go to plan at the top of your game.
