It’s really hard to do as humans are wired to be judgey. But it’s possible.This is especially difficult these days, but what if you start by looking for the good in everyone you meet (in person and online) and respecting their journey. Even if it's a journey you know will end up on the wrong side of history, or will end up damaging their lives.What if you start by saying something kind to everyone today- even something as simple as a compliment about their appearance. Even if it isn't received as you hoped.What if you just started accepting people as they are, where they are. Even if they are not who you'd like them to be or where you think they should be in their life.  Because accepting that you cannot change them (nor would they if you could) sets you free from disappointment and frustration.What if you started treating others as you want to be treated? Remember, if you can't help, at least do no harm.  Would you want your entire life to be judged at your lowest? By your worst mistakes or bad decisions.Not everyone is as far along on their journey of healing and enlightenment as others, so be the person you'd like to be.
