How much of a monkey mind do you have that instead of enjoying a pleasurable moment, you are thinking about grocery lists and laundry and past conversations and work emails. Better yet, how often have you been completely absorbed in a moment and time seemed to stand still or fly by? In yoga, we are trying to retrain the mind to be fully present.
