Hello everyone ❤️, it’s another beautiful week for vibes web3 music competition week 15 and I’m super happy to be part of those making an entry this week and I’m hoping you all enjoy the little I have prepared this week.
This week was quite challenging for me even though I never expected to be since I had more time than usual. For the fact that I don’t live alone and in a quiet environment, it has taken a toll on me in ways that I just have to learn to deal with it. As they say, if life gives you lemons use it to make lemonades, hehe.
Anyways, despite all the setbacks and all, I made an entry and that means so much to me because at some point I was thinking this was going to be the week when I miss vibes for the first time, but I’m glad it wasn’t, because I hope do even wish for that week to come, lol. So without further ado, let’s dive in quickly to what I have for us.

For my song choice, I have been listening to Beautiful things by Benson Bonne a lot lately that even my roommate asked me if I planned presenting this song. Well, at that point when she asked me I wasn’t sure because I felt like this song was not a song I want to sing and not sing it well. It took me over a week to finally agree with myself to sing this song so here is what I made!
While trying to make my video cover, I kept getting interruptions from my neighbors, vehicles passing by and even from my roommate. It was a bit frustrating but there was nothing I could do but just think of a way out. After much deliberation, I finally decided to do an audio cover instead and I’m quite satisfied at how well it turned out and I do hope you still get to enjoy it as much as you would enjoy my video cover.

“Beautiful Things” is a really nice song that I believe a lot of us if not all of us can relate with. It’s a song that talks about the fear we have when we think of losing the beautiful things and people around us. You know, things come and go but then it’s really sad when they go than when they come and the thought of losing what we have especially those priceless things was what prompted these lyrics in Benson’s head and it is totally what I can relate with at different levels.
I made an audio cover with the lyrics attached to it so I do hope you enjoy listening to it. A lot of things to improve on but it is quite decent for your ears, haha. Go listen to it and drop all your amazing comments and of course your constructive criticism and I hope to keep getting it right.
