Birth Control is a heavy topic and sometimes its hard to find a space where you feel safe enough to talk about it.
While birth control is becoming safer and more available, the stigma surrounding still makes it seem inaccessible. In this episode, we open up with the history of birth control. We also go through the different types of birth control, and end with our personal experiences with it. 
It's important to have agency over your own body, and part of that is being informed.
