Todd Gallagher recently returned from his most recent stint serving in Ukraine, as well as aiding Ukrainian refugees in neighboring Romania - something he's been doing ever since the Russian invasion began.
Gallagher is the founder of "A18 Missions" - named for Acts 1:8.
