She attended the State University of New York College at Brockport, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in physics and minors in earth science, mathematics, and education. After graduation, she completed a Master's of Physics Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo.After 20 years of teaching physics, earth science, and forensics in public high schools, Robin left the classroom and started The OnlinePhysics Teacher (https://theonlinephysicsteacher.com).
