We also discuss how traditional sex education programs are problematic for our children—and, especially teen girls and women.

Máire Ní G is a Taoist instructor with a health science degree and the founder of Feminine Sexual Alchemy. She has a postgraduate diploma in Bereavement & Loss and postgraduate training in Polyvagal Theory.
