Rick Maddison and Scott Lanigan interview Phill Whatman, the manager of the Doyle and Leon Kelowna Gospel Mission shelters. Phill has worked the frontlines at the shelters for the past 13 years and gives perspectives on the faces inside the shelters. He shares some of the burnout factors involved with running fifty staff and handling the pressures dealing with the volume. Phill also talks about the Gospel Mission's horizon, as Kelowna’s homeless population continues to grow.
