Dr. Walter Gilliam joins us remotely to discuss implicit bias and the alarming rate at which preschoolers are expelled. Dr. Gilliam is Professor of Child Psychiatry and Psychology at the Yale University Child Study Center, as well as the Director of The Edward Zigler Center in Child Development and Social Policy.
