Lent is a time for prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. It's also a great time to pay closer attention to how Jesus is inviting you to deeper friendship and intimacy. Sometimes the invitation is obvious but other times don't be surprised if the everyday interruptions we face help realize we need to slow down.
