What role are you stepping in to where everyone is comparing you to the previous boss or committee or person who oversaw this or that?  Don’t worry about trying to meet every need and being liked by everyone. Simply BLOOM where YOU are planted!REFLECT - We often reflect influences we are around.  What are you absorbing from others around you, what boundaries might you need to set, what mindsets might you need to change?
