Dinner for two
4-6 Kale leaves chopped,
2 Boiled Organic Egg chopped in halves 2 Tablespoon of Black Beans
Dressing Mixture:
6 tablespoons of Avocado Oil,
1 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt
mix well in a small bowl
(add in additional teaspoons of Himalayan salt if needed for taste). Directions:
In two bowls place an even amount of the chopped kale, then layer with the half-boiled organic eggs, followed by evenly sprinkle the Black Beans making sure that both bowls have an even amount (note this is a small salad for two people). Once that is done drizzle the Dressing mixture that you created over the top of each salad. (Toss to mix in dressing if desired)
Meat
2 Organic Grass-Fed Meat (Such Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak)
1 Apple (Pealed and Slice up into 8 slices) optional leave skin on 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey

Eating Clean
Directions:
Pre-heat Oven 350 F,
Seasoned Beef Steak with a little Black Pepper (optional a pinch of Himalayan salt) then layer the sliced Apples over both Beef Steak, then drizzle 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey, then cover with foil. Let bake for 45-50mins or until well done.
