Episode Synopsis

Matt Spiegel opened his show by reacting to rumors of the White Sox nearing an agreement to acquire Diamondbacks infielder Eduardo Escobar in a trade. Bob Nightengale of USA Today reported that it happened ... even though it didn't yet. After that, Spiegel discussed the Cubs being upset with a replay review that cost them a key home run in a 3-2 loss to the Dodgers on Saturday night. Later, Spiegel checked in on two old friends around these parts -- Nationals outfielder Kyle Schwarber and former MLB infielder Tony Campana.
