At Point Loma Nazarene University, everything changed when marketing became centralized.
Led by an effort to increase enrollment for Graduate & Professional programs, marketing went from being a disconnected department to a centralized unit.
Not only were they able to be more efficient and actually increase enrollment in these programs, they did it while working remote!
Ditching the old model of needing to have everyone on campus has opened up their team to be more independent while still working together in an efficient manner.
