Katie Di Lauro, RDN, IFNCP, is the Nutrition Director at Premier Fitness Camp, an all-inclusive health, wellness and weight loss retreat at Omni Resorts in San Diego, California. 

Katie has been working in the wellness space since 2002 including in creating school health programs and corporate wellness programs. 

Being an Integrated and Functional Certified Practitioner allows Katie to work with clients to uncover the root cause of symptoms, such as food sensitivities, lifestyle sources of inflammation, and nutrition choice. 

In addition to her work at Premier Fitness Camp, Katie has a private practice, Empowered Nutrition. She supports clients with nutrition knowledge, digestive health, heart health, and energy level due to micronutrient absorption.
