"Pride" - Esther 3:1-6
      The Feud of Haman and Mordecai: The two men represented an animosity between two nations. Almost every feud, and every reason a feud started can be traced back to one source: Pride Proverbs 16:18 Pride is seductive and destructive Haman: Seduced into thinking that he was great Destroyed by noticing the lonely negative despite all the positive Seduced by others who fed his pride Destroyed by his own prideful hate Esther 5:13-14; 6:12 Mordecai: Seduced by an ancient hatred Seduced by his own righteousness Thousands of live were destroyed by his pride 1 John 1:9 Our Weapons Against Pride: Humbleness Humble yourself in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up (James 4:10) Praise (Romans 7:24-25) Activate Faith Step: PRAISE GOD! EVERY DAY THIS WEEK! OUT LOUD!
