Hey there friend!  I had a really interesting realization while working with my horse, Abigail, the other day. I've been working with her at liberty (building a deep partnership with her based on trust and respect, where she willingly chooses to follow my guidance and stay connected to me without any equipment and such) and she taught me something valuable about myself. And I wanted to share that lesson with you! I've been feeling kinda stuck, even while trying to do all the "right" things...and this insight might be the piece I've been missing.
