Our guest today is Rochelle Gayle, an Assistant Project Manager (Construction Management) and Boutique Owner from Boston. She graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. She moved to the US from Jamaica when she was 14yrs old. Rochelle is a female leader in the male-dominated Construction Management industry, a leader who advocates for diversity, inclusion and improving the communities that the industry serves.
