As life coaches, empty-nesters, busy entrepreneurs and menopausal women, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness, but we do know what has worked for us and other women in our programs.
What’s abundantly clear to us is that there is no silver bullet diet or exercise regimen. Period. Full stop. And we’ve tried a lot of them!
