This weeks HER Conversations is just me and the microphone in Guangzhou Airport waiting for a connecting flight to Bali. I talk about both the figurative and literal journey I am taking and why it had to happen. I knew at the start of 2018 that many situations in my life had to change if I wanted to have a richer experience and during the course of the year all that did not fit disappeared or transformed. None of this has been easy and now I have decided to take some time away from all that I know to not only assimilate what these changes will mean but also to set in place some new thoughts and habits.
