In our latest episode Reshawn interviews a recent ACE Center at Highland Springs Carpentry student, Kristian, and Regional Vice-President at the Richmond branch of Branscome Paving Company, Mike Van Sickel. Branscome is a leading paving company based in Northern Virginia. Kristian is a graduate of Douglas Freeman High School and is a mechanics apprentice at Branscome. We talk with Mike about Branscome's partnership with Henrico's Workforce and Career Development and Kristian's about getting hired to work for Branscome. Kristian was hired by Branscome on our 2nd Annual Henrico CTE Letter of Intent Signing Day event.
