Today I am interviewing Chris Wallace who is the Co-Founder & President of InnerView Group.
 
Chris shared how we should create alignment of who we stand for as a brand in an organisation with the employees, and ensuring that there is engagement in this process. Chris emphasised that engagement is vital, if you can engage employees in dialogue, they’ll start representing your brand and products in a more compelling way. The organisations investment in the messaging will strengthen them, give them confidence, and help them deliver an experience that far surpasses reciting facts without passion. And by engaging you turn the knowledge of the 'brand' into what they believe, and belief has immense power to create growth in sales, creativity and productivity.
