In 2009, Claire Culwell found out she was an abortion survivor. Claire’s birth mother was 13 years old at the time she became pregnant with Claire. Her mother took her to an abortion clinic where she had a surgical abortion. A few weeks later, she realized her belly was still growing and her mother took her back to the abortion clinic. She learned she had been pregnant with twins. One baby was aborted.
