On this episode, we are joined by Megan from Harris & Sons. Megan was a teacher, turned business owner! She's a rockstar mom to 3 kids (8,5 & 2), and with the help of her contractor husband, was able to get Harris and Sons up and running to provide for their family. Megan put in the time and effort to research trucks, education, licenses and equipment to make this idea her reality. She explains that yes, it is a dirty job, and it's not glamorous, but it IS essential. Megan talks all about the importance of communication and support as well as her goals for the business. As of right now, her goals are just to expand and grow.
