Helen on air is an inspirational and motivational talk show that seeks to restore hope to people in despair. It is also aimed at addressing challenging life issues, in a bid to deal with depression and worries of life.
This show is a one-presenter show. The presenter brings in Guests, ranging from motivational speakers, individuals, who have scaled through difficult or trying moments. It is expected that these guests would share experiences they have encountered at one period or the other and how they were able to overcome them.
Half way into the show, there would be a phone-in session, where listeners can bare their minds concerning issues of concern and also be counseled by the guests.
