She wrote the children’s book Made For This which utilizes a playful approach of story telling to help families discuss big feelings in a playful way. She is married to her best friend, Ben. She is a mother to two sons, Nathan and Jack. She loves indoor cycling, yoga, watercolor and coffee dates in her free time.
