If you've read the Gospels much you'll see that Jesus is not very fond of comfort zones. Jesus said, "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter."

We can talk about things so much that we actually think we’re doing them, but we’re not. When God at times wakes up us from our deluded state we may be in and helps us to realize where we are and what we need, that’s merciful!

What’s real and what’s vanity in your life? Let's not trek onward with hypocrisy like the Pharisees of Jesus' day. Lord, produce fruit in our lives no matter the cost, and don't let us stay the same!
