Our guest in this episode is Fred Holt from 3XN Architects. 3XN Architects is a multi-national architecture firm with its head office in Copenhagen Denmark, and Fred is a partner in their Sydney studio. 3XN also has a sustainability and research arm to their studio called GXN where they rethink architecture, spaces, and materials. Fred shares with us how 3XN approaches their built and unbuilt projects, how 3XN integrates their research work into their architectural services, and how the Australian architecture market compares to the speculative and competition work taking place overseas.
