This episode provides a conversation with Sargent student Brandy Moser, a rising senior with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Nutrition. As a motivated student, she introduced BU’s girls’ fitness organization CHAARG, her study abroad experience, and her passion for gardening.
Learn more about CHAARG: CHAARG, which stands for Changing Health, Attitudes and Actions to Recreate Girls, aims to ignite a passion in college-aged girls for health and fitness. Their mission is to liberate girls from the elliptical + show them that fitness can [+ should!] be fun by trying new workouts every week — from barre to boxing to zumba to lifting weights.
The moderator of the podcast is Dr. Karen Jacobs ([email protected]), who is the Associate Dean, Digital Learning and Innovation, a Clinical Professor and the Program Director for the on-line post-professional doctorate in the occupational therapy program at Sargent College.
