Listen "Intellectual Health (Feat. Jaffar Hashimy)"
Episode Synopsis
Intellectual Health, although may be narrow in its definition, is often forgotten and overlooked. It ties in very closely with mental health and is crucial for the young population, especially students. Increasing our intellectual ability increases our ability to produce and equip tools for the future. In this episode, a fellow kinesiology student Jaffar Hashimy and I dive into how we can improve our intellectual health and talk about the role of diet, sleep and exercise, as well as addressing a common habit most students have that is detrimental to their ability to study efficiently.
