Send us a textThis episode titled Betty is about a woman that I know that has some very unusual but very good qualities and I wanted to share these with you because I think it's something that is rather unusual and something we can all look forward to. And one of the things is a childlike zest for life when you're doing something when you're seeing something rather it is something about you or something about somebody else that you were in awe over it, that everything is exciting that life is exciting and life should be exciting. The other thing is having the quality of being truly happy for someone else when they've achieved something or if something is not going somebody else's way you can have that compassion but you can be as excited about something that's going on in someone else's life as you are in your own life and therefore you're multiplying the joy that is in your own life.Support the show
