“Hi! I'm Mariette, a menopause and neurodiversity coach with a passion for supporting fellow neurodiverse individuals navigating the challenging journey of perimenopause.
My own journey began in my mid-30s when I found myself facing perimenopause as a single mom to a teenage boy. It was a time when I felt like I was losing my mind—I could no longer mask my neurodiverse traits, and I felt completely overwhelmed and alone.
But through my personal experience and the tools and techniques I've learned along the way, I discovered a newfound sense of strength and resilience. I knew I couldn't be the only one going through this, so I retrained as a coach to support others facing similar challenges.
As an accredited coach, I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to my practice. I understand firsthand the struggles of balancing neurodiversity and perimenopause while juggling various responsibilities.”
