Vrushalee is a relationship and relational trauma therapist, specializing in relationship regulation issues, narcissistic abuse recovery, relational trauma, depression & anxiety, and attachment concerns. Her endeavor is to help clients explore and unpack their past lived experiences, to aid emotional processing, self-awareness, and the ability to set and respect boundaries within their relationships, without alienating loved ones. Explore varied ways to understand how your current connections are being impacted and build stronger meaningful relationships with yourself and people that matter to you.

Her credentials include being a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is certified in Intensive Trauma Treatment, with expertise in EMDR, CBT, and Somatic-Based Interventions designed to move clients from merely surviving to thriving. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Master of Arts in Literature and Linguistics from Pune University, and a Master of Business Administration from Wigan & Leigh, UK University. Her therapeutic approaches encompass CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, SFBT, MI, Somatic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Additionally, she is trained in Gaslighting, equipping her to help clients escape and rebuild from narcissistic emotional abuse.
