A philosopher's look at where health lives in relation to unity and division. Ironically, I recorded this 8 weeks ago - before the recent crescendo of division has peaked in the hostile terrain of vaccination status and mandates. Regardless, the message holds true. Love is the only antidote, and we all need to do our own work to achieve peace, so we can show up with it and make a positive contribution to collective health. We have enormous power to shift ideology, and build a healthier world. We have the same power to choose anger and bring the collective frequency and well being down with it. My choice is made.
