Now that I am teaching Yoga, I want everyone to join me in class! I am noticing how many people are so intimated or just uninterested in trying it out. So here are my reasons why I LOVE it and the benefits that are so available to all bodys. It's not just for the flexible, it's actually more beneficials for the inflexible to get more flexibility. It couples so well with cross fitters, runners, and all other forms of workouts, and it's a fantastic workout that feels sooo good and you meet the best community of people.
