We discussed so many great things with Emily from @themarcoviaproject. She dealt with postpartum psychosis and found sleep to be a huge factor in that. Letting go of judgement and finding support from her family got her through.

-Serving others- go out of your way to do something out of the norm of serving your family
-Do something productive
-Have creative outlets
Recognizing Christ in the little things each day are just as powerful in coming to know Him as our Savior as are the big turning points in our lives.
Mother Theresa said, "I used to pray that God would feed the hungry, or do this or that, but now I pray that he will guide me to do whatever I'm suppose to do, what I CAN do.... I used to believe that prayer changes things, but now I know that prayer changes us and we change things".
