UH OH. What do you mean it’s real?? If you’re hoping or planning to get old(er), here are a few things you can give attention to now that might make the journey a bit smoother. I joke (a lot) about dreading or denying the aging process, but making it into old age is a privilege and a blessing if it comes to you. I recognize that. I mean I’m not convinced of it as an incurable epidemic, which is how it is often discussed.
