Co-founder of WasteMasters, Steve Masterson shares a beer with Brian and explains how his story is a lot like Forrest Gump. After serving in the Air Force, Steve worked for the largest waste management company in the world, and then broke his back and legs as a fireman for the El Paso Fire Department.

From his first entrepreneurial experience mowing lawns as a kid, to salvaging aircraft parts, Steve goes through the highs and lows of his company merger with Waste Connections - a seven billion dollar publicly-traded company.
