Listen "Happiness journey with Dr Dan podcast: Season 5 Ep 4: Special guest Amanda Dolin"
Episode Synopsis
Amanda Dolin worked for over 20 years to find a diagnosis for her mental illness. After years of trying and several suicide attempts, she finally found answers despite being misdiagnosed over and over. Once she received a diagnosis of Bipolar 2 at age 36 Amanda was not only able to survive but thrive. As her mental health improved, she learned to be the star of her own life instead of playing the role she felt she was supposed to play.
Six years after her diagnosis, Amanda is now a certified professional coach working with women ready to play big. She helps her clients shift their focus from who they believe they should be to who they want to be. Amanda works with her clients, helping them understand how their experiences have shaped how they view and engage in the world around them. With this understanding of how the past has shaped their worldview, her clients now have a choice in how they use their experiences and the power to transform their current life into the life of their dreams.
