TC Thompkins is a music industry icon with over 50 years of experience. He has worked with some of the biggest names in music, including Sade, Luther Vandross, Teddy Riley, and Michael Jackson. He is known for his keen eye for talent and his ability to develop artists into superstars.

Thompkins was born in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1949. He served in the Vietnam War before starting his career in the music industry. He began working at Stax Records in the early 1970s, where he helped to launch the careers of artists such as Isaac Hayes and the Staple Singers.
