Dr Natalie Flatt Ph.D is a psychologist and co-founder of Connect Psych Services. Natalie creates and conducts many awareness sessions and enjoys working with teams to find solutions to mitigate the impact of absenteeism and presenteeism. Her passion also lies in research around the HealthTech efficacy; working with academics to investigate qualitative and quantitative experiences and outcomes of the Connect Psych user.
