Diagnosed with ulcerative colitis at just 10 years old, Jen’s personal journey has shaped her passion for raising awareness of the profound impact of Crohn's & Colitis. 💜Not only is Jen a mum to a young patient with Crohn’s disease, but she’s also an 'expert by experience' volunteer and patient advocate, working closely with paediatric IBD patients, their families, and healthcare teams. She’s the brilliant mind behind Me (and IBD), a unique colouring journal designed to support young patients through their diagnosis and beyond, as well as many other invaluable patient resources. 💜Jen works tirelessly alongside the paediatric IBD team at Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge, offering support and vital information to young patients and their families.
